Casa Pinta is a Spanish-style 2-story house with a very cool backyard to chill out. Only 10 miles to South Beach. Comfortable, artsy, low-key, and fully equipped. Three bedrooms, plus a den, open- kitchen layout, 2 baths, and 1 half bath. Smart Fire TV in every room. Two free assigned parking spots. Great outdoor with 4-burner grill, bistro set, hammock, & more. High Speed WiFi. Safe location in the heart of Miami: Behind Coconut Grove metro-rail. We allow pets, but charge an additional fee.
Very safe, peaceful, and family-oriented area. Walking distance from Coconut Grove Metro-rail station. Lots of restaurants, shops, and Starbucks. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Pets are very welcome. We charge a non-refundable $40- $150 pet fee, depending on the size and number of pets.

From the US1 turn left on SW 27th Avenue towards Coral Way. Then turn left again onto SW 27th Street. Then turn left again on SW 28th Avenue. At the end of the street, there is a large white Spanish-style house. The large unit number 2740 is Casa Pinta. Welcome!
