Three bedrooms, plus a den, open- kitchen layout, 2 baths, and 1 half bath. Smart Fire TV in every room. Two free assigned parking spots. Great outdoor with 4-burner grill, bistro set, hammock, & more. High Speed WiFi. Safe location in the heart of Miami: Behind Coconut Grove metro-rail. We allow pets, but charge an additional fee.

Pets are very welcome. We charge a non-refundable $40- $150 pet fee, depending on the size and number of pets.
